When I made it:

I made this birthday card for my father-in-law using the Hunkydory Primrose Lane Luxury Card Collection. The two small sentiment elements are raised on 3D foam sticky pads.
The “Dad” sentiment came from the Crafter’s Companion Die’Sire Essentials Male Words Collection, which was released a long time ago.

I have to admit, this is one of my favourite collections from Hunkydory. It’s both a pleasure to look at and incredibly versatile for different occasions. I know I’m happy with a card when I find myself looking at it and thinking I want to visit that place, rather than concentrating on the actual design work.
