When I made it:

This card was made for one of our butchers when they were retiring and closing the shop. I used a selection of Hunkydory products to put it together.
The background came from the Just for Him Craft Stack, the larger featured image from The Little Book of Decoupage: Sports, Hobbies and Pastimes, and the smaller image from the Topper Decks Good Sport collection. The stamped sentiments came from the Hunkydory For the Love of Stamps: The Occasions Inserts Collection.

This was quite a simple design. The theme came before the product choices. I think this is the first time I’ve done a freehand dashed line around the border (with the help of a ruler!), and I’m quite pleased with the way it turned out. I think it gave the card a slightly rustic edge.
The worst element isn’t actually the card itself, but the worse-than-usual job done by the background remover on the photograph.
