This is where we explore how to live Creatively with Fibromyalgia and similar Chronic Illnesses. It is my mission to show you how you can not just survive, but thrive when living with Fibro. I offer a mixture of practical tips and resources and hopefully a little inspiration , alongside sharing my creative endeavours, which I believe act as both a distraction, but also a form of therapy.

Do you suspect you have Fibromyalgia or a similar chronic illness? Are you on the journey to diagnosis? Perhaps Spoonie Life is your experience and you want a sense of community.  Maybe you have a loved one who you wish to support.
